.net 2.0 Enterprise Library Email Sink UserID & Password

Does anyone know how to set an email account userID and password for the
Enterprise Library Logging code block email sink?

I can send email to an SMTP server only when it allows unauthenticated
relays. This is OK on an intranet, but I know need to get notifications over
the internet of certain types of errors.

Seems liks this wasn't available in the delivered email sink, so we extended
the sink to include this feature. It works well.
