CLEAN UP UTILITY

Everything I have read about my problem tells me I need to install Windows
Installer Clean Up Utility. I have tried unsuccessfully to do so. I get to
the downloading screen and then it disappears as if it were installed. I am
having a problem with Adobe reintalling after a system error telling me that
"7.0 acrobat reader msi installation package cannot be found. From all that
I have read I need the clean up utility but cannot seem to get it downloaded.
I closed everything I was in and hit the download key. Everything looked
okay until the download just seemed to stop and go away. When I do a search
on my system the clean up utility is not there. Can anyone tell me what I am
doing wrong?
Thanks.

I was trying to help you by letting you know you posted your question in
the wrong forum.

If you'd prefer, I can just let you continue to post "why isn't anybody
helping me" questions, and the people here will continue to ignore you, and
you can wonder why.
