help : dll files referencing wrong folders!

Hi folks,

I have a web project which uses dll files (named as "emlakc.dll" and "fbs.dll" ) and i'm not a developer but what I understand from the below error message on my browser is, these files are trying to find something under the c:\inetpub\wwwroot folder. My hosting company is using a different folder structure..

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
FBS.database.bindToDataView(String tablo, String orderClause, String whereClause) in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\FBS\database.cs:114
emlakc._default.viewVitrindekiler() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\emlak\default.aspx.cs:185
emlakc._default.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\emlak\default.aspx.cs:47
System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) +99
System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +47
System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +1061

Something more interesting is, i installed windows server 2003 with the most recent updates on a VmWare virtual machine, installed IIS, setup the same folder structure that my hosting company uses,created the web site on iis and made the necessary configuration settings of the web site.I was able to run the web page without any error on my real machine.When I upload the files to my remote folder the problems begin..Can someone help me?
