Scrolling Problems

I am runni7ng Win2K and overnight it started auto scrolling to the bottom in
Outlook.
It also started auto typing all 7's into typing field as it did above.
I have 7to77 hit ctrl to stop i7t so I can type7 the right things in.
Help!
