my program must copy a file from folder to different folder ...

Hello ,
it's about the program in c# , one of it's functions is to copy file(s) from one folder to another in time chosen by the user. What is the proper way to keep aplication a life chaking the chosen from the user time is equal to system time and to copy the files.Is the countinuous loop good decision or it's proper methodfor this?

I am still learning C# myself, but the principles are still the same for any program. The program would or at least should be developed as a windows service and from there you should be able to just check the system time and execute when needed. it would continuously run until told to shutdown. googled

Have you started your project yet? Please remember that forums are not the place to design projects, that is your job as the developer. The experts are here to help you resolve problems in your project.
