Extract Comments at Runtime

Hello,

I creating a class which has a lot of internal structures. From these
structures I crceate a tree-like structure as
Webpage where I create the whole HTML code parsing through the
published/public properties and fields of the class.

Each element has a comment (///) assigned. So my question is if it's
possible to get the comment at runtime to add the comment text to the
HTML-Code?

Thank you
Martin
