Active Directory Help Pls

I am trying to get a list of all firstname, lastname from AD. This is what I have so far:
DirectoryEntry entry = new DirectoryEntry("LDAP://MyCompany.net", "username", "password");

DirectorySearcher search = new DirectorySearcher(entry);
search.Filter =(&(objectCategory=user)(objectClass=Person));
search.PropertiesToLoad.Add("cn");
search.PropertiesToLoad.Add("firstname");

SearchResultCollection objresult;
objresult = search.FindAll();

I can connect to ad fine, but I cannot seem to get a handle on the search and how to retreive the results \properties.
Can anyone help? Thanks

Try playing around with the filter. Add the properties first and then add the filter:

search.Filter =("(cn=*)");

If that works, keep playing with the filter until you get the results you want.
