c# webservice reflection web.config problem

Hello

I have a C# webservice which calls c# class dll´s using reflection.
One class should produce pdf reports. All works fine.
Now I have read that in the web.config the compilation debug parameter
should be set to false.
When I set this parmeter to false I´ve got an exception when I try to
generate the Pdf report.
The exception:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by
the target of an invocation. ---System.Threading.ThreadAbortException:
Thread was being aborted. at
QMP.BNO.REPORT.MAIN.ReportHandler.CreateExcelRepor tByNS(String piXml) ---
End of inner exception stack trace ---

I think I´m running in a kind of timeout, because the generaton needs a few
minutes.
But I´m wondering abut the exception. In each method I have a catch block
where I´m storring the exception and giving back a boolean value. But the
exception is stored 3 times, which is the amount of methods I have from the
begining of the webservice up to the point where I use reflection to call
the assembly.
When I set the debug flag to true in the web.config file all works fine
again.
Any ideas, links...?
I´m usinng Windows Server2003 IIs6.0 and Dotnet 1.1

regards

Björn
