Hi there,

The .NET Framework should come with windows.
It should already be installed.

If you want to run an ASP .NET application you'll have to install IIS to service it.

VS.NET 2003 is software development software and will not work properly without IIS installed.

What exactly are you trying to do?

You can't use VS 2003 as a platform.
It is development software.

In order for this software to work it requires the Windows Platform to be installed. Along with Windows it requires IIS (Internet Information Services...a web server) to be installed.

Since Windows comes with .NET Framework you shouldn't have to worry about installing them....just make sure your Windows is up to date.

The framework version u should have in your server machine should match the framework version which u used to develop the application. Thats it

I'm wondering if you are actually developing the application or if you are just trying to run an application that has already been created for you?
