updating the database from the front end

hi,

im stuck so plz help.
i have made a windows application in C#.In which i have added dymanic textboxes and labels that will get filled with the values of the database.
That is my labels will contain the column name of the table in database and the textboxes will have field values.


now i would like to add some values in database from the form .which should get updated in the database.
im using SQL as back end.
so if anyone could help me with these lines of code
