OPML help required

Hi there,
I frequently see some green colored links and descriptions under
certain SERPS. I know that this is done with OPML but mine does not
show up. Is there another trick I should know about perhaps? I created
my OPML file and uploaded it to the root of my server (where the
website files reside). I have added the line <LINK REL="subscriptions"
type="text/x-opml" title="blah blah blah" href="blah.opml" /to the
HEADER of my index.html file. I've done everything according to the
book - or have I now? Thanx for listening. Regards, Etienne.
