Problem with DatagridView

hi guys

i have one problem with datagridview.. i m displaying data in datagridview in c# application. i added one checkbox column to datagridview ..as well as i have one button(Select All), whenever i click the button all check boxes checked in checkboxes column. i have another button(Remove) whenever i click the button remove the selected rows..
Datagridview have 49 rows data. but whenever i click the remove button it removes 24 rows only, again if i click the remove button it removes 12 rows .....

this my code:

 private void btnRemove_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++)
            {
                if (dataGridView1.Rows[i].Cells[2].Value.ToString() == "True")
                {
                    dt.Rows[i].Delete();
                }
            }
 
            dataGridView1.DataSource = dt;
        }

anybody have knows plx help me very urgent....

How does your code identify the row or record? I believe that this is the problem...
