Folder write permissions

I have given the following users full access to a folder + all sub folders

ASPNET
IUSR_(MachineName)
IWAM_(MachineName)

but when my webservice tries to create a TXT file in the folder in question
access is denied and an exception is thrown. I have temporarily corrected
this by giving full access to everyone but obviously I am not entirely happy
with this solution :-)

Can anyone shed some light onto this please?
Thanks

What OS you are using?

For Windows server 2003, XP 64 bits, Vista. They are using IIS6 or above.

The user account which run the ASPNET apps are "NETWORK SERVICE".
