windows applications wiht oracle database

hi all,

i publish an appliction with oracle database so when i install the application
to another cmputer (no oracle on it ) the application dose not run .

what is the solution for that problem....plzzz help me.

Please include more information... you don't have oracle on the other computer and you expect it to run?
