How do I generate an Event for a ComboBox while stepping through the list

Visual Studio 2005 on XP sp2
ComboBox events

I have a simple comboBox that is bound to some data. While stepping down the list I want to be able to show a little popup with supplimental information related to the row highlighted as it changes.

Moving the mouse, or arrow Up/Down to the next row "BLUE ROAN" will show it's relevant data in the textbox. This is moving the highlighted row only. There is no click or selected event yet.

I know how to associate all the elements to ensure continuity, but only on the
ComboBox1_SelectedIndexChanged Event. I don't know what Event is triggred when the Highlighted row changes, so I can allocate the new text associated with the Highlighted Row.

The closest that I have found is using the highlight class in association a rollover event for a link:
