How to enable access keys when using CWinFormsControl<MenuStrip> in an MFC app?

Adding the office 2003 style menus to an MFC app is easy with
CWinFormsControl< and MenuStrip, but it seems that the access keys -
"&File" for ALT+F are not supported.

How do I enable the access keys for menus?

Thanks,

Duncan.
