if you upload a file in the local system the path would be like that

fileupload1.saveas("c:\\upload\\" + fileupload1.filename)

if u want to upload the file to the server

fileupload1.saveas("www.somename.com\dirname\"+fil eupload1.filename)

when your upload is success you will find uploaded file in the directory.

hope help this.
