After applying security update KB917422 after quitting our application (after
the last line of code has run) an error message is shown:
The instruction at "0x04fc15a1" referenced memory at "0x04ff1970". The
memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.
The instruction and memory locations are changing with each run. We have
tried to apply the patch of KB924867 but it did NOT help. Our application is
a C# application based on .NET Framework 1.1 and it is heavily integrated
with COM components.
