To get pixelvalue from picturebox

In Visual Basic i used the coding
picture1.point(1,1) to get the value.
for Example:

Dim i, j as integer
dim s as string
For i=1 to picture1.height step 5
For j=1 to picture2.height step 5
s=picture1.point (i , j)
' To get the hexadecimal value of that pixel
color=Hex(s)
next j
next i

if i use the function point. Error is coming.How to use this in VB.Net

Have you tried point(1,j) on its own?
