VisualC++.Net Configuration Help

Hello...
I'm trying to create an application in VC++.Net.
Whenever i run my application it says "the configurations to this application are out of date"..
Why am i facing this problem??
How can i solve it???

I'm using------
.Net 2003
Win XP SP2

My guess, without more info, is that this is a problem with the .net framework. What version do you have installed?
