Installers missing files in VS2005

J
Hi

I'm trying to build an installer for a web service using a .vdproj project
within my Visual Studio 2005 solution.

I've set it to include "Content files from '...\MyServiceDirectory'", and it
includes all of the files which are always there.

However, I automatically generate a number of files whilst building the
solution, but before starting the build for the installer. These are not
always included in the build. Is this a common problem, is there a flag I
need to set somewhere, or am I going wrong somewhere else?

Thanks in advance

J.
