adding a web reference

I have built (VS 2005 VB.NET) two solutions (in the same computer), one containing a web service (Add New Web Site). From the other solution I want to add a web reference to the former. A Wizard appears, asking if I want to locate a webservice in "this solution" or on the "local machine". When the all the projects were in the same solution it worked fine, but now that I want to emulate the internet (having solutions separated as if they were in different computers), my webservice is not in the list (the list only has 2 webservices, related to cystal reports, possibly from the framework).

How can I make my ws visible??

thx
