error msg "0x37001160"

Hello, I have problem with my laptop . I get the following error msg when my
computer starts up: The isntruction at "0x37001160" referenced memory at
"0x37001160". The memory could not be "written". Click okay to terminate the
program, click cancel to debug the program.

The next window to pop up says something about
C://windows/system32/services.exe, status code 1073741819. It automatically
restarts and goes through the same thing. I did try to start in safe mode and
that worked. I tried a restore point, but it only gave me one 15 minutes
prior to problem. Nothing farther back. I just shut it down and went to bed
last night.

I've read several sites that seem to think it has something to do with
McAffee virus protection. This is on my home computer that is used for
pleasure and working from home for my company. I am currently at work and
will only be able to work on it at home this coming weekend.

What do I need to do and WHERE DO I START TO FIX THE PROBLEM???? I have no
computer experience to fix problems. I normally take it to Best Buy and pay
them to fix it. But I thought I would try this first. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
