Daily change of web.config

P: n/a

I wrote a webservice using WSE2. I enabled the tracing, to write in
InputTrace.log and OutputTrace.log. These files remain locked, and
grow fast. Is there a way to have a name for these trace files that
changes daily, eg : InputTrace20061203, ....?
One way I have in mind to do this is to change the web.config file
programmatically, but this seems not very elegant to me.
Are there other suggestions?
