Creating add-in using VC++ managed code

10
HI all,
I am new on .net framework, I am using .net 2005
I want to create add-in for Microsoft office, using VC++ with managed code.
When I had made add-in using Extensibility project -> shared add-in with language
VC++, it was not giving Common language runtime support, so I was unable to make managed code ! IF there is any solution for that please suggest me...

Thanks,
Shyam

No giving support means ?? I didn't get that.

Actually when u create the add-in, it asks whether u want to load that add-in when the client application loads.

But its a must, u need to have .NET frame work installed to use that add-in client application.

I had a outlook add-in project (In c#) and finished that successfully. Its a good experience.

:)

Hi radcaesar,
U r right, When we create add-in project in c# it works fine!
But when we create add-in project in VC++/ATL it was not given Common Language Runtime support. You can see it in project properties -> General in that "Common Language Runtime Support". By default it was not giving CLR support,
because of that we are unable to add com references into our project! and also unable to write managed code.
IF any solution for this please suggest me,

Thanks,
Shyam
