Error message when you add a Web reference to a project in VS2005

I'm expriencing a problem when upgrading a solution from VS2003 to VS2005.
When trying to upgrade a project that includes web refernces that are
connected to a server (serviced by JBoss) I get the error:
The custom tool 'MSDiscoCodeGenerator' failed. Unable to import binding
'BindingName' from namespace 'http://NamespaceLocation'.

This situation is described in detail at:

It is confirmed as a bug in VS2005.
The website also refers to a hotfix available for download through MSDN
support.

I have installed the hotfix, and it is helped the first time. However, after
I restarted VS2005, the problem reappears. Also, it has not helped on 2 other
computers that have also installed the hotfix.

I can go around the problem by manually editing the .csproj file and causing
it to not to autogenerate the Reference.cs class. However, this is only good
as a temporary patch, since I will need to regenerate at the first change on
the Server side.
