Converting .doc to .html file

I want to automate a process of converting documents (*.doc) to html pages
using C#. Please note that documents might contain images within it.

Any pointers in this regard would be of great help to me. Thanks!

Regards

If the machine that runs the program contains M$ Word, then you could always fire up word and save the file as .HTML. When doing this, word does not even have to be visible.
