My.Settings and PictureBox.Image

I'm using VB.NET with 2.0 - I have a number of PictureBoxes in my application - all of which use a context menu to change the associated Image to one of 5 options. I need to maintain the state of these PictureBox.Image setting across application shutdown and subsequent startup. my.Settings is just the ticket, but alas, doing this the only way I find won't work for me because the PictureBox - Application Settings - Property Binding doesn't expose the Image property for binding.

My question:

1. What code can I use to add a binding for the PictureBox.Image property?

Next I want to set the My.Settings properly so that I can bind to an image that is contained in My.Resources

My Question: Can I just browse for the type and select Windows.Forms.PictureBox? What do I put in for the value? can I put in My.Resources.image.gif?

Lastly, I need to be able to dynamically reference the picturebox that was right-clicked to bring up the context menu. I can get the sourcecontrol as an object and set its Image property, but how do I use the object's name in the right side of the statement?

e.g.

clickedControl.Image = My.Settings. (clickedControl.Name goes here)
