I suggest you go to the ETSI website www.etsi.org where you can download the AT Command set reference for GSM mobile devices which includes AT Commands to send SMS messages.

Document reference ETSI ETS 300 916, you may find other documents in the 300 series useful as well.

Searching for "AT Command" on there documentation search page http://pda.etsi.org/pda/queryform.asp gets it as the second result.

Pleae share with me also.My senior has done the same using Perl.Due to enduser mishandling they now restricted the user name and password.

Using that application they used to send SMS to mobiles in any emergency cases.

i don't have any idea about it.I want to do in asp.how to do? what devices and all i need in order do that of my own.will it be restricted to different mobile suppliers?
