how can I put dll into bin in VS.NET 2005

ages

I am pretty new to VS.NET 2005, so sorry if the question is so novice.
I have a C# website project.
I created couple of classes in App_Code Folder
I have also a Bin folder.(it looks like it is empty now)

I have a website where I upload files using FTP.
It works great if I upload aspx files, however,
I couldn't figure out how to make classes appear in bin folder as dll
It works on local pc where I develop this website
Is it as simple as making these dll s and flp them to my remote
website?
