XML Help file is not being built.

I am using VC8 with VS 2005. I understand that the XML file for use by
products like Sandcastle is now generated for C++?

My XML file is not being generated. I can see the properties setting
for the file. I have suppress banner set to No, so I would think I
should see something in the log? I see no such entry in the log.

I am currently using the Express version of VS. But I am pretty certain
I had this working. Is there something that I need in my project to
get this to work?

I also have the Express version of VB 2005 and it does generate an xml
file there.
