.NET pages take too much time to load

Hi All,

I've developed few form using visual studio 2003 (.NET 1.1).
Database is MS ACCESS 2000.

I hosted all .aspx on website root folder and .dll in bin folder,
for the first time when I'm trying to access the page it takes
roughly around 4/5 minutes. But after that whenever I open
that same page it immediately gets load. I think it must be from
cache.

How to solve this problem ? What's missing ?
Can also mail me on zoomutoo@rediffmail.com

Thnx in advance.
Regards.
