Is there a file or link that details what SP 1 fixes and adds?

All I can find is general summary information.

That article doens't give any detail on what is fixed. That is why I
asked the the first question.
the information you're after isn't available yet to the public.
There's a KB article out, which lists some of the fixes, but it's far
from complete.
