Post Label Contents to Another Form

Hey folks;
I have 2 forms (form1 and form2). Form2 is a print view of Form1. The user fills out form1 (textboxes and such) and submits to Form2 for reviewing/printing before submitting to a database. I am trying to go the other way, from Form2 to Form1 for revising and such. However, all the objects on Form2 are labels and the contents of these are not passed. Can labels not be posted using form method=post ?

I would try using javascript history.go(-1) but sometimes Form2 is called first (from an e-mail notification) and may need editing. This is where I'm stuck. Any solutions anyone can provide within the next day or 2 would be fantastic.

The best way to achieve this would be through a database, then no matter what form they filled in first the information would be available. Otherwise you could control the flow the user takes, checking whether they have filled in Form1 first - otherwise redirecting to control the flow.

These questions would normally be answered at design and development follows.
