Create network share

Im currently working on an remote application that should copy it self in fully open networks that has the ip address starting with: 192.168.x.x. and it should also create a fully open network share named "remote" on the computer its executed from. Im working in Visual basic.net
How can i make this possible?
Its for administration tool for remoting servers inside the company.
Hope you can give me a helping hand, cheers.
