using "Full Optimization (/Ox)" in C++ project in VC8

Hi,

We are thinking of compiling our project in Full Optimization (/Ox) mode. I understand it may cause problems / there are bugs in this feature. Did any of you ever used that and can share the experiance? can you recommend of some reading material?

Thanks!
