Permissions for folder

I made winform program that is written in C# on framework 1.1. One step in this program is creating folder and set up permmisions for access this folder for specific user but I dont know how set up.

I create folder:

//Create a folder
string homeDir=".....";
Directory.CreateDirectory(homeDir);

and how would I continue please? I need some easy example.
