Text File into 10 element, 1D Array

How do I load a text file into an array with VB.net. I need to process the data into an array so I can use it to take customer survey selections 1-10 and overwrite the file after each use. I have the application sort of working piece by piece but I need to marry them all to function them properly. I'm just a beginner.
