3.0: "Web project component not installed"

Hello,
I have installed .NET 3.0 with VC#/VB/VWD/VC++. Sometime when I open the
project I receive a message box "Web project component not installed. Unable
to convert project: ...csproj".
I don't know what to do to solve the problem. Please help.
Thank you!
