Real HTML lists in Word2html

Ben Edgington posted an elegant piece of XSLT to transfrom lists into
correct xhtml lists using ul and li tags, rather than the bogus lists
that the word2html transform produces. (It's here:
http://www.thescripts.com/forum/thread86303.html .)

Has anyone spliced his idea into the word2html transform so that it
produces proper lists? I'm an xslt newbie, so I'm hesitant to start
with this!
