how to send custom object from CF 2.0 as Web method parameter

Hello

I need to send my patient object as a parameter to my manage patient web
method in my webservice. as the client is pocket pc running CF compact 2.0 i
cant seem to do it. need to serialise my patient object to the soap format.
any help is much appreciated

how can i acheive this
