using a managed assembly in an activex

Hi,

I have an activex developed with MFC that I want to use in IE. This was
developed using several dlls also unmanaged but now I want to use
managed assemblies.
I want to distribute the activex in a cab with all the assemblies, so I
need to load them all from the directory of the activex.

The only way I set it to work is when I copied those managed assemblies
to the IE dir. But they still need to be at the OCX dir for
registration to work. Why?
I also tried to load manually using Assembly::LoadFrom, but it doesn't
seam to change the IE context.

Other try was to specify an ActivationContex with the directory of the
activex but is was completely ignored...

Now I tried to sign the assemblies but after that the ocx is not
registering, when I specify the publicKey in the dependency.

Any suggestion is very welcome...

Sandra
