How do I deploy an application downloaded from the internet without
displaying the message "Unknown Publisher"

Hi Mark,

Sign it with a publisher certificate, perhaps.

"Software Publisher Certificate Test Tool (Cert2spc.exe)"

This tool creates publisher certificates for testing purposes only. The
article links to more information about real certificates.
