trying to build c# project from latest nant + nantContrib

I'm getting the following error message:
[loadtasks] Failure scanning
"C:\nant-0.85\bin\tasks\net\NAnt.Contrib.Tasks.dll" for extensions.
Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the
LoaderExceptions property for more information.

Now, I know this isn't the nant group, but i was wondering if anyone
had encountered this error message? The only reason i need the contrib
stuff is because the sources are being stored in a VSS repository.

I thought it might have something to do with me having both the vs2005
and vs2003, but I tried to load it onto another machine with only
vs2003, and I get the same error message.

thanks
david
