Controlling a USB camera with Visual.NET

Hello all,

How would I get the input (the pictures) from a USB web camera and control how often it should take a picture? I am trying to build a desktop application resembling that of which you would see when you visit a ski website. The camera takes pictures every thirty seconds and post them on the site.

Thank You
