make the site, in HTML, with frontpage or whatever... place the site with the starting file named Index.html in your FTP folder. then make the link with the URL http://www.sathya.com./ with your personal webspace (or another) witch would be ftp://users.telenet.fr/ag51102/ something like that.

you can beter test the site with one page...

or test it with IIS or PWS...

First you'll have to create an html document using Front Page or something.
Be sure to name this document "Index.html"

Once you are happy with it you will have to upload it to the web server that will be hosting your webpage.

If you don't have one of these, free ones can be found on yahoo or geocities and other places.

Because the name of the html file is "index.html" it will now be your "homepage" where everyone will visit when they type in your url address.

I'd just like to point out that someone already has the web site named "www.sathya.com", you may want to look for another name.

Notepad can be used to create web pages, but if you're starting out I'd suggest frontpage, dreamweaver or some other design application, of which there are thousands.
