Solution explorer

My solution explorer window used to be over to the right of my screen. I have
no idea how it happened but now it is a free floating window with no minimize
button. I have to drag it out of sight to be able to use the screen then drag
it back when I need it. I've looked in Help for hours but cannot find how to
put this window back where it belongs. Help!

Are you using VS2003 or VS2005? Here's my advice for VS2005; I
don't know if this will apply to VS2003.

Do you mean when you move your mouse over where it is, it comes out, and
when
you move your mouse away, it goes away again? If that's the problem, try
clicking on the thing that looks like a thumbtack. That will make it stay.

If you mean it's not docked anywhere, you should be able to click on the
top of it and drag it, and you should see a plus sign (sort of ) on the
screen,
and if you click on one of the parts of the plus sign, the window will dock
on that side of the screen.

Also, right-click on the top of it and check and make sure 'dockable'
is selected.

Double-click the title bar of the solution explorer window will change
it from free-floating to docked or visa versa. Right click the title
bar will give you selectable options. I can't remember how to resize
the window when it is docked.

I see that but how do I get it to go where it was before (over to the right
above the properties window)? How do I tell it where to 'dock', right now
it's trying to dock underneath my web form.
