Public Key Token

I have written class library DLL in C++(Managed and Unmanaged Code). The
name space from DLL is used in VB program.

The VB program works fine on my machine when I am testing on a test machine,
it tells me it can't load the DLL assembley because Public Keytoken=null or
dependencies file is missing.

The public key in the DLL is null. Do I have to create the Public Key in the
DLL. If so how do I create the public key.

Any ideas are appriciated.

Thanks,
Vishnu
