Web service for FILENET

1
I am new to Filenet. I am trying to run the sample program from filenet.com using Content Engine Web Services running under the FileNet P8 Platform 3.5.0. I am getting "No Port or Method found" error. I do have access to the object store I am connecting to. Can anyone tell me what this error means and what I should do. Thanks in advance.
