Printing Forms having scrollbars

I have created a report in windows application using c#.net. This
report takes runtime columns and values and it is quite big. So the
form has both horizontal and vertical scrollbars. All the help I got on
the internet on printing this report talks about graphics object and
capturing the screen. So the print function can print only part which
is seen on the screen.
We need some logic where the entire form content can be read and
printed irrespective of whether it is seen on the screen. Can anyone
help as to how it can be done?
Why we are taking these runtime labels because visual c# express does
not have crystal reports. Anyone knows any other free reporting tools
we could use with c# express editions?
